I would like to take this opportunity to say how much I have enjoyed working with Focus Wine Cellars on the wine cellars of the three outlets of the PPM Conrad Hotel Project in Dubai. I appreciate your professional approach both throughout the design period and the building phase. Your input has been very valuable for us and has added immeasureably to the overall look of the restaurants.

You managed to come up with three very different designs, all with technical perfection and allure. While the red and white wine cellars on two sides of the entrance of the Speciality Restaurant turned it into a real “archway of wine”, all-glass “wine tower” in the ADD Restaurant became a rightfully striking centre piece.

Last but not least, the U-shaped wine cellar with different temperature compartments for different kinds of wine and a dining facility at the centre now truly deserves its name, Cru Bar. Many thanks for a job well done and we look forward to our next project together.
